Online Ad Specifications
Submit: Email completed material to webads@outreach.com with a landing URL.
Deadline: Completed materials must be received 3 business days before desired run date (with the exception of HTML Blasts and eNewsletter ads, which are due 6 full business days before send).
Format: Advertisements placed on Outreach Media Group websites and in eNewsletters must be stylistically distinct from the site in terms of colors, contrast, and borders so as not to confuse site visitors.
Animation in ads is limited to 15 seconds, but may be reinitiated by the user
All ads are subject to approval within the style of the site

Video cannot have audio that is not user initiated and is limited to 15 seconds unless restarted by the user.
Outreach Media Group reserves the right to slow the pane rotation time on any online banner that could cause a negative user experience.
